Value chain development and trading

We build and scalecommodity ecosystems.

We connect Venezuelan value chains with international markets. Origination, collection, processing, export and trading under one structure, with coffee as our first vertical.

About us

A platform to develop and market Venezuelan value chains.

Processing plant at origin

Golondrina was founded in 2026, building on more than eighty years of family experience in Venezuelan coffee. We operate from origin: we select, process and export, and cultivate long-term relationships with growers and buyers.

We start with coffee. The model, structure and controls are designed to be replicated across other value chains in the country.

What we do

We connect every link, from grower to international market.

Research Paper No. 1August 2026

Institutional Capacity as a Competitive Advantage in Global Agricultural Trade

Competitive agricultural systems are no longer defined solely by what they produce, but by how effectively they organize information, coordinate stakeholders and manage uncertainty. This paper argues that institutional capacity should be understood as a form of commercial infrastructure.
